Simple Glam Girls was nice enough to send me this set of Oval Brushes to try out and review, let me start by saying it was my first time ever using oval brushes. The first day I tried them out and I applied my foundation and let me tell you I have dry skin, so I saw that my skin was looking a little bit harsh and dry. I kept going and did not like the overall finish. I tried them out the second day and I tried a new technique, I applied finishing spray like to damp the bristles of the brush and that worked for me, its similar when working with a beauty blender. I did the same think for when I applied my concealer and it went on smooth also. I did not like how I applied my contour I used a cream liquid base and it looked blotchy. I find it easy to use powder contour better because I can have a light hand when applying. Overall I did like how these brushes work for applying foundation. It was not that easy to apply eye shadow, I do think it takes quite a while to get used to using...
